Kardell Sims Enterprises is a consulting and strategy firm for organizations working in corrections and reentry. We help agencies, nonprofits, and businesses turn good intentions into programs, partnerships, and plans that hold up in the real world.

Our clients come to us at different stages. Some are entering the corrections space for the first time and need to understand how it works. Others have a program or product and need a strategy to get it adopted, funded, or scaled. Either way, we bring a view most firms can't: years of direct work inside facilities, and working relationships across federal, state, county, and private corrections.

• Program and partnership development: designing programs agencies will adopt, and guiding pilots, proposals, and partnerships from first conversation to launch
